What is on the menu for Christmas or your holiday celebrations
This year we are breaking the norm of a turkey or ham and instead I am going to make a homemade Spaghetti with a beautiful Salad and Garlic Bread and some delicious wine.
This is my specialty. It takes all day to make but the end result is spectacular. The ribs melt in your mouth and fall right off the bone. I know people like their ribs all different ways with rubs or sauce added after. My family loves my style for special occasions. The picture does not do it justice but I think you can see some of the meat falling off the bone in it.
We really did it up this year. Turkey, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, buttery buns, cranberry roll, and pumpkin pie. Delicious! I am so thankful for my family and friends.
