This soup is not only rich in flavor, but it also brings antioxidants and fiber to your bowl.
Itâs infused with the flavors, including onions,
garlic, oregano, crushed red pepper and sun-dried tomatoes, whipping cream, cream cheese and Parmesan cheese. A touch of lemon juice
cuts through some of the richness, while spinach and fresh basil add
color and more antioxidants. The full recipe is here.
When I think about the fall I think about yummy warm foods like chili, beef stews, and chicken pot pie. What are some of your favorite foods to make this time of year?
I layered a variation of Oreo's, Graham crackers, marshmallows, and Millano Cookies. I used Chocolate and Vanilla pudding. I mixed and matched layers and topped it off with candy skulls, bones, and hands. It was pretty easy to make and really yummy. I think a smaller amount would be better for me but I was still able to eat it all. I think adding whip cream, peanut butter, and banana would be good additions to mix it up.
