Last night we were craving comfort food, so we tried a new casserole. Kielbasa, potatoes, asparagus, carrots, garlic, and cheese. So warm in the belly!
I got a new cookbook! The authors are Stephen Colbert and his wife Evie. They are from South Carolina so the recipes as home recipes from the South. I love the hard cover and all the pictures! I am looking forward to trying out all the recipes! The cookbook is huge! Starting with appetizers, soups, salads, sides, dinners, dessert, and drinks.
I plan on making these but I need to have a party!
It seems like an easy recipe just hot sausage, cream cheese, Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, Bisquick, and shredded cheddar cheese. If anyone has tried it before I'd love to hear how it was.
This is a favorite burger that I can only seem to find in the Midwest. So I had to make it myself. The good ole Olive Burger with provolone cheese. Delicious!
