One of my
birthday gifts was
this authentic
Italian Dinner. We
made it up last
night and it was
delicious. The
noodles were cooked
perfectly al dente.
The olive oil
was to die for. A
wonderful and
special gift!

Take your
favorite Mac N
Cheese like Bob
Evens or Panera. Add
1 egg, Monterey
Jack, Parmesan,
melted butter and
Panko. Mix together
and put in a mini
baking machine and
bake for 10 minutes.
I would suggest
playing around and
adding Jalapenos or
bacon to spice it
up.. Enjoy.

That is what is
for dinner. Last
night I tried a new
recipe in my New
Mini Pie cooker. I
included carrots,
potatoes, celery,
shredded chicken,
garlic, chicken
broth, and milk
along with a sprig
of Thyme, salt and
pepper. The crust is
a puff pastry. The
crunch on the crust
was Fantastic dare I
say to Die for! Next
time I'd add peas
and corn.

It is that magical
time of year where
romance is in the
air. What special

Valentines usually
start out with great
anticipation and end
in binge eating
chocolate I bought
myself. I tease. But
to be clear always
make sure you have a
secret stash of your
favorite chocolates
just in case.
